Religious Education

RE at Carfield is delivered in a flexible and creative curriculum. It is delivered through a sequence of dedicated lessons or a project blocked over themed weeks. Religious Education is concerned with the deep meaning that individuals and groups make of their experiences and how this helps them give purpose to their lives. It provides opportunities to explore and respond to the meanings of those experiences in relation to the beliefs and experiences of others as well as to their own experiences.

Carfield School will soon be implementing a new scheme of work for R.E.  As soon as this is in place, it will be made available to parents via our Website. As before, this will be an agreed Syllabus showing continuity and progression throughout the different year groups. We will continue to use creative opportunities through play, role-play, art and design and technology to support the learning of R.E.
