Welcome

On behalf of our school team, I would like to welcome you to our website. We Image of Lorna Culloden, Headteacherhope that you can find all that you need. If there is anything missing please let us know.

We are aiming to provide a memorable and purposeful learning journey for your child and all staff, children, parents and governors share this whole school vision. We want our children to be happy and to enjoy their learning whilst achieving their full potential. We want each child to be valued and recognised as an individual. We strongly believe that every child matters and have high hopes and high aspirations. We believe that all of our children have a bright and exciting future ahead of them.

Our  curriculum is balanced with skills teaching and projects designed for the children to apply those skills. The activities are fun and exciting  to engage all types of learners. We also have many extra- curricular clubs for the children to enjoy and we are always looking out for more! We will do all we can to ensure that your child’s experience is a happy one.

We work in close partnership and feel very well supported by our parents through the Carfield Friends, our Governors, and our local community including Newfield and our Family of schools. We are proud to serve an interesting, creative and diverse community. Our aim is to promote an appreciation of life in Sheffield and modern Britain and prepare our children well for the opportunities this life provides.

Our Parents and Carers are always welcome at Carfield Primary School. If you have any questions about this website or about your child’s education we will be pleased to discuss them with you. We look forward to meeting you and making you and your child as welcome as possible. We are always happy to welcome volunteers on trips and during the school day. We have suggestion boxes in the Office area in the Lower Building. Please feel free to contact us this way or by :enquiries@carfield.Sheffield.sch.uk

This year we are aiming to:
